It’s nothing major, but a few subtle adjustments to help counteract the chilly temperatures, dry winds, and constant exposure to indoor heaters. And what do all of those things have in common? They dry out your skin!
I’ve found that a routine that’s focused more on hydrating and plumping keeps my skin glowy instead of chapped. I felt compelled to share my top tips since they’ve saved my skin during these past few months. For me, it comes down to five steps: cleansing, adding a Vitamin C serum, moisturizing, using a hydrating oil, and exfoliating. Of course, you should always finish with sunscreen during the day and drink a lot of water for an overall healthy glow.
